About this house rental
Cozy, large townhome nestled in the Butchers Hill community of Baltimore, just 3 blocks away from John Hopkins Hospital, and close to all major hospitals. This home is great for 2 people, but can sleep up to 4 easily. Each room is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Whether you like to relax and read a book or get a craving to bake a warm batch of cookies, you'll be delighted with all the amenities available!
Located a couple of blocks from popular Patterson Park, enjoy the variety of restaurants and shopping this neighborhood has to offer.
Property layout:
You enter into the living room, which is separated from the kitchen with a charming original staircase. You'll continue through the 1st floor to find a full kitchen, dining area and half bathroom, and access to a fully fenced yard, complete with a patio seating area. In the basement, you'll find a full size washer/ dryer. On the 2nd floor, you'll find 2 bedrooms situated at opposite ends of a long hallway, and a large full bathroom. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with smart tv's and high speed internet is available throughout the home as well. Every room is fully furnished. The living room features a couch, side tables, lamps and ottoman. Bedroom #1 features a queen bed, 2 night stands, lamps and blackout curtains. Bedroom #2 features a twin daybed that converts into a king bed, desk, chair storage cabinet and lamp. The kitchen features all appliances; full-size fridge, stove, microwave, dinnerware, bakeware, coffee maker, and 4-person dining set. Starter toiletries are provided.
Parking:
(1) Street parking permit is available for 24 hour, daily parking - guest would use the lease to obtain a parking permit at the Baltimore City Parking Authority. Guests are able to obtain up to (3) additional permits, one for each licensed driver on the lease. The home is situated on a street with plenty of parking directly in front of the property.
