About this house rental
Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. This was our first Vrbo experience - we stayed for 11 days - and I don't think it could have gone any better. The host was wonderfully communicative and helpful. Check in was a breeze and the property was as-advertised. It's not a luxury house - we didn't pay for that - but it was very functional and clean.This 3 bed, 2 bath split floor plan was great for our party. It had parking, a fully functional kitchen, pots, pans, dishes, forks, towels - everything you need. It's great because there's a bedroom suite downstairs with a small living room so one couple can have their own level while there are two more bedrooms, a bath and the kitchen upstairs. The location is a MAJOR selling point - just a block to Old Colorado City/Colorado Ave. where there are many shops and excellent unique restaurants to be found. It was so amazingly convenient to hiking trails, Manitou Springs, downtown and most everything else that we couldn't have chosen a better location. I could go on raving about this property but it's the host that I need to mention with my last paragraph. The true measure is not when everything goes right but when something goes wrong. One day we had no hot water - the pilot light on the furnace went out. We tried to light it but it wouldn't catch for us. So I reached out to the host and she responded IMMEDIATELY and had "her guy" out there within an hour to light the pilot light again. You couldn't ask for anything more from a host. A

We stayed here to attend our grandson’s USAFA graduation. There were 6 of us that stayed. The location was wonderful & allowed us to enjoy the area between events. The house had everything we needed & there were great restaurants in the area. We were able to cook a few meals & the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and had all of the amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay, felt clean and comfortable within the place. We would stay here again, and the host was extremely kind and communicated well with us!
