About this villa rental
Villa Paradisius is an elegant residence in Montechoro, Albufeira, with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8+2 guests. Situated in a quiet area, but close to bars, restaurants and amenities, this holiday home offers a private pool, jacuzzi (optional extra) and a modern and comfortable environment.
Spread over two floors, the villa has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: a double en-suite bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (for 4 people), as well as a separate bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a third bathroom with shower, as well as a spacious open-plan living and dining room. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and essential utensils.
The outdoor area is the main highlight, with a private heated pool (optional extra), modern decks and a hot tub for relaxation. There are also sun loungers to enjoy the sun, a barbecue for outdoor meals and ping-pong and pool tables for entertainment.
A villa provides free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms and common areas.
Located just a few steps from the Strip and 2 km from Praia d'Oura beach, the villa allows easy access to the marina and Albufeira's historic centre, with restaurants, bars and shops just a 5-minute drive away. Book now and enjoy the best of the Algarve!
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests
However, it is possible to accept 2 more guests, who will be accommodated in additional beds

Stayed here for 3 nights and the villa made our short stay, it was exactly as advertised. It's located just a short walk from a local spa making the food shop an ease.Upon check in, we were shown around the villa by Martin. He explained how everything worked from getting in, locking up, wifi access and where we needed to take the rubbish upon check out. The villa is located at the very top of the Albufeira strip where it's much quieter than further down so you're well located but also away from all the noise and bustle.The amenities available such as the pool, hot tub, pool table and ping pong table were in great condition and we ended up spending a lot more time at the villa because of this.The rooms were spacious and as we had 10 of us those who slept on the sofa bed downstairs were very happy how comfortable the bed was.One thing we didn't know upon arrival was the hot tub comes at an extra fee. I knew the pool heating was extra but we didn't want this but the hot tub we knew we would want to use when when it got cold at night. The price was fair but we just must have missed this detail when booking.Overall our stay was fantastic, well priced and the villa had everything you would need to have a great holiday whether it be short or long.

We are a family of 4 with 2 youngish children. We picked this property for what the outside offered. Lots of space, nice big pool, hot tub for the adults and the icing on the cake Pool Table and Table tennis table.The kids were entertained thoroughly!We had a couple of minor issues with the house itself, nothing that deterred us, but things for the owner to resolve moving forward.The inside is quite small, would be a tight squeeze if you utilised all the beds. But it fulfilled our purpose. Its a nice property in a street which looks like no other property are lived in..

Villa Paradisius exceeded our expectations. The house is comfortable and stylish, and the outdoor area is fantastic. Being close to the beach, restaurants, and Albufeira’s attractions made our stay very convenient.

We loved our stay at Villa Paradisius. The villa is well equipped and has plenty of space for everyone. The pool, jacuzzi, and games made it a perfect place to relax and have fun with family and friends.
