There is an abundance of natural light throughout the entire house, making the house warm and inviting. The stunning open plan living and dining space merges seamlessly with the modern and spacious kitchen area complete with high quality appliances and gorgeous escarpment views. There are large glass sliding doors which open the family area to the deck which is the perfect spot to enjoy the breath-taking afternoon sunset over the escarpment. Relax in the outdoor area which includes a heated pool, outdoor shower, undercover alfresco and a large, grassed yard area, which is perfect for the kids and pets to play in while you enjoy an evening BBQ or a cup of coffee while you take in the serenity around you.
The light filled master suite offers a spacious ensuite and private balcony, located on the main floor of the home and separate to the other bedrooms to maximise privacy. Downstairs, the main bathroom offers a large bathtub and separate water closet. The whole family is sure to make use of the TV and lounge area as well as the table tennis table.

Enjoy the close proximity to the stunning 7 Mile Beach or take a drive in the local area and take a walk through the Bonaira Native Garden rainforest walk, visit the Kiama Blowhole, Minnamurra Rainforest walk, Jamberoo Action Park or simply spend the afternoon at one of the local famous beaches, wineries or brewery.
For your added year-round comfort, the property has ducted air-conditioning throughout and a pool to cool off in Summer.

We had the most lovely stay here with 2 other families. It was big and spacious. The games room was a hit. The pool was small but it didn’t hold back the kids from spending hours in there. Very close to the beach.
