As advertised.. great spot for 2 couples. Local flavour with early am street noise on market days .

Very nice and quiet property, great location in the middle of Venice and close to water taxi, markets, and Rialto bridge. Mgmt communicated extremely well. One thing, if you fly into Venice, you will be asked if you want to take a private water taxi and if you want a porter for your luggage. Get the taxi but not the porter. We paid for the porter but never showed up - it was a scam!

Apartment is in a good location and well kept. Nice unit except for the fact that their was no airconditioning. Listing says it has AC but after checking in we were informed that all AC units in the unit do not work and need replacing. This was known before we arrived and no one contacted us to let us know.
