This 130m2 villa is equipped with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own bathroom, high speed Internet (Fiber), Smart TV with more than 25 local and international channels, kayaks, barbecue and much more ...
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
Bedroom n°1 is equipped with a King Size bed (180 x 200 cm), with air conditioning and fan, a dressing room, a safe, its own bathroom with a large shower, wc and sink.
Bedroom n°2 is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm), with air conditioning and fan, storage cupboard, as well as its own bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink.
Bedroom n°3 has its own independent entrance, with a small private terrace just in front. it is equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm), air conditioning, and has its own bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink.
An extra double bed (140x200cm) is located in the Living room. For 2 additional people.
Living room / Kitchen:
The living room is equipped with a beautiful, very comfortable sofa, with a flat screen TV.
The plus = high speed internet (Fiber) and smart TV offering more than 27 local and international HD channels.
In the center, the 100% equipped kitchen, with a bar made of local wood and highchairs.
Equipment: Water fountain (filter), Fridge, microwave, oven and gas hob, small dishwasher, kettle, rice-cooker, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, dishes, kitchen utensils, kitchen bottom ....
In one part of the living room, you will have an additional double bed (140 x 200 cm), with a fan, which will accommodate 2 other people, for a total of 8 beds.
Covered terrace / Pool area
The terrace is equipped with a large outdoor sofa and a dining table for 8 people.
The large Deck around the swimming pool offers you a multitude of relaxation areas with sun loungers, sofas, armchairs, umbrellas ...
The pretty infinity pool overlooking the lagoon has saltwater filtration. Indeed, salt does not sting the eyes and it is gentler on the skin and the hair, which makes it a real "plus". It measures 5m by 2.5m and is 1.75m deep.
To the left of the pool deck, you will find a sandy BEACH area, very practical for games for children and adults.
You will also have an electric barbecue, 2 kayaks and a paddle, an outdoor shower with hot water, 2 lagoon accesses that close with a gate as well as 2 mooring moorings for boats (which you can dispose)
A laundry room with a washing machine and clothesline
Pets are prohibited.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Clement and Anais were very helpful.The saltwater pool is excellent and is even better than the photos.The view is expansive, truly spectacular.The villa itself is very spacious. Plenty of room to park the car, giant terraced deck, large comfortable living area. Three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus a powder room. It was only the two of us so we didn’t use some of the space.We ate at Snack Mahana for lunch, which is very popular and food is fresh and yummy.Our best dinner was at the beautiful Holy Steakhouse. It’s listed everywhere as “steakhouse” but actual sign says Holy Delices.One rainy morning, we went to the nearby Te Fare Natura, nature center. It was first rate. Get the guided tour if offered. It was a highlight.We also did the private Mermaid 3-hour snorkeling tour. Also highly recommended.Though we had a car, we did the Albert jeep tour to see the interior. I also recommend doing it that way. This property was a real find! I would rent it again and recommend it to friends. Very happy with the experience.

The location was ideal. It's so relaxing to wake up to the calm lagoon right there. The kayak and paddleboard access is a plus. There was more than enough room for our family of 5. Anais was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this property.

Overall a very enjoyable stay. We were disappointed with the ‘beach’ and the water did not seem very clean but the swimming pool was great and compensated for this. Small details needed attention ie unsecured toilet seat in one bathroom, light globe missing. Given the cost of the property we found the kitchen and catering equipment was rather poor in that cutlery and crockery, kitchen pans and serving dishes were not good quality and proper wine glasses were short in number. Laundry facilities were good. Surprised at the excellent security arrangements that suggested that the property was at risk of ‘break in’.
