My friend and I stated here beginning of June 2026 for a wedding. The place is perfectly positioned for most things around the area. The place was clean, and looked exactly like the photos which you dont always get. A seemingly newly renovated bathroom with amazing water pressure and a fully stocked kitchen of utensils and plates!

Loved our stay! Immaculately clean!! We had everything we needed to cook with, large fenced in back yard with a grill and a very tall shower that had excellent water pressure. Quiet neighborhood with any kind of store or restaurant close by. We ventured throughout Maryville and really liked the booming city. We were in town for the Nate Bargatze show at the Knoxville Arena, which was awesome and did a hike to the Quarry east of Knoxville. What an enjoyable 3 days. Forest was very quick to answer and quite a great host. We highly recommend this vacation home... Thank you!!

We were in town to attend our granddaughter’s graduation at UT. The location was convenient for easy access to UT, restaurants in the area and to visit with family. The cottage was charming and we really appreciated the cleanliness. There were ample supplies to include paper products, nice towels and linens. The neighborhood was nicely maintained and I had a nice talk with the neighbor across the street. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We had a nice stay!
