This bright and peaceful one-bedroom apartment boasts an unbeatable location, just steps away from the bus stop, restaurants, bars, and shops, and less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and the famous Balcón de Europa.
Located on the second floor (no elevator), the apartment features a living room with air conditioning and a small balcony overlooking the community and swimming pool. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is also air-conditioned, offering a comfortable and relaxing space.
Guests have access to a communal rooftop terrace, equipped with two reclining chairs and a parasol exclusively for the use of the apartment’s guests — perfect for sunbathing or unwinding. The terrace is accessible via elevator from another part of the building.
Please note that the shower is compact, which may be worth considering for guests who prefer a more spacious shower
Parking space for small cars may be available upon request.

We stayed here as a couple from February 26 to April 8 and had a great time. The apartment is bright, very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped—we cooked often and had everything we needed. It was a lovely place to spend a longer stay. Just note that there’s no elevator, but we got used to it quickly. The agency, Spain Sun Rentals, was attentive at all times and quick to answer any questions we had. They gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit

I loved how everything was just a short walk away—shops, cafes, bus., but still super chill and peaceful at night. The pool was closed because it was low season, but I really enjoyed chilling in the sunny terrace with lovely views. Perfect spot to explore Nerja and relax after. Totally recommend!
