Great location. Perfect for families.

We wanted this area of Montreal, and it was the perfect location. Our whole family went: 2 parents with 3 sons in their 20s. We were a couple of minutes from the street festival which had great food, clothes, jewelry, thrifting stores, music etc. We were also fairly close to the big dance clubs, but also smaller bars with music. We were a twenty minute walk to our food tour and a forty minute walk to Old Montreal. We were in easy walking distance to Mt. Royal. The place was just like the pictures, which is so rare. It was really clean and cute! We loved the balconies, especially the front one. When we came in and we were too tired to go back out, but wanted to be outside, we hung out on the front balcony and watched all the hustle and bustle of Montreal. Our host was probably the best host we have had. I had a bunch of questions, and he answered quickly and with all the information we wanted. He was super friendly as well and just had a great vibe...which really sets the tone for the trip. We love Montreal in general. This was our second time here in about a year and we will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean modern condo. All communications with the host were answered immediately. The instructions on how to get into the apartment were easy to understand and we had no problems. The location was great and we walked to McGill for a graduation we were attending and we were also able to walk to the Old Town. The beds were really comfortable and there was lots of hot water with great water pressure. We would love to stay here again when we visit Montreal. The only note was that there are about 25 stairs up into the apartment. Anyone with mobility issues may be challenged to walk up the stairs.
