Located 1 hour and 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and Lyon, 45 minutes from Saint-Étienne, and close to Le Puy-en-Velay and major highways, the village of Saint-Germain-Laprade enjoys an ideal location for exploring the Haute-Loire region. More precisely, in the hamlet of Boussillon, Mireille welcomes you to her carefully renovated gîte, perfect for both family holidays and business trips. Numerous hiking trails allow you to explore the landscapes of the Haute-Loire. Just a few minutes away, discover Le Puy-en-Velay and its remarkable heritage, Saint-Julien-Chapteuil with its Romanesque church and the remains of its ancient castle, Lantriac and its family golf course, or Le Monastier-sur-Gazeille and its museums. Further afield, explore the Meygal and Mézenc mountain ranges, as well as the Loire and Allier gorges. Small shops and services are 2 km away. The entrance to the cottage is on the ground floor, leading directly into a pleasant living area that combines a comfortable lounge, a convivial dining area, and a fully equipped and functional kitchen. The fireplace provides a cozy spot to relax by the fire. Also on this level is a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a toilet. On the first floor, you'll find three bedrooms: two with a double bed (140x190 cm) and the third with a single bed (110x180 cm). A toilet with a sink completes this floor.
The accommodation is attached to a private section, a former stable, used solely for storage by the owner and causing no disturbance to guests. Heating is provided by oil, and there is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Firewood is provided, within reasonable limits. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available.
Baby equipment is available: a travel cot, a high chair, and sleeping bags/sleeping bags suitable for the cot.
For a completely stress-free stay, the rates include charges, bed linen, towels, household linen as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
