Just a few hiccups this weekend. Master bedroom was ver hot, with little air flow, no outside garbage bins, no detergent to start the load of towels before checking out of the property. I’m sure everything will just need a fine tuning of these things.

While the house is 300 ft from the beach front of the lake, you must drive to get to it. It looks as if it is a straight shot from the back to the lake, and while we did walk it a couple of times, I wouldn't recommend it with smaller children. It was overgrown and there was no clear path. We stayed for a week with 2 smaller children, and there wasn't a broom around to sweep the floors inside or the deck on the outside. Not sure what was going on with the hot tub but I believe they "shocked" it before our arrival and there were no instructions or chemical/tablets to treat daily, therefore we didn't really use it after the 1st/2nd day. The queen size mattress in the 2nd bedroom probably needs to be replaced. It may be good for one person if they are sleeping in the middle, but for 2, you are definitely rolling to the middle. There were some things that could have beeen better and maybe we were the first people there for the season since the kayaks seemed to be filled with leaves leftover from fall. We had to clean them before we used them, but no problem with that.
