WELCOME to our splendid oceanfront getaway in Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. The views are breathtaking from our renovated, second-floor unit.
- The Livingroom, bedroom, and bathroom were recently remodeled, along with brand new flooring throughout the entire unit.
- Our master bedroom offers a spectacular ocean view, a luxurious king bed, and a 37" flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen has been updated, and features granite counter-tops, high-quality appliances, and a new washer and dryer.
- The living room has over-sized picture windows showcasing the breathtaking views of the ocean. There is also a queen sleeper sofa facing the 55” flat screen TV, as well as two swivel chairs for either watching TV, enjoying the ocean view, or doing a little of both.
- The unit is equipped with free WI-FI and Comcast cable.
Stunning ocean views can be enjoyed from throughout the unit, including a large balcony (accessible from the living room and bedroom) with comfortable seating.
The Surf & Racquet Club is a gated complex with two swimming pools and four (4) clay tennis courts. It is located two doors down from the Ritz-Carlton and within biking distance to the Amelia Island Plantation. In addition, there is a shaded muilti-purpose trail directly outside the complex that is perfect for walking, running, or bike riding.

We truly enjoyed our week. Everything we needed was there. The only thing to report is that one of the high top chairs on the balcony is torn and not usable. The kitchen water never got hot. Otherwise all was perfect. Bed was very, very comfortable.

We love the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club due to its gated entrance; free, convenient parking; and quiet beach. My husband and I enjoyed our week at this oceanfront unit. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Easy check-in and responsive communication with Kevin were a plus.
