• Private 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mountain townhome in Banner Elk, NC
• Brand new renovation with stunning mountain views
• Perfect location - secluded but minutes from Sugar Mountain, Seven Devils and Downtown Banner Elk
The Space
•. Well stocked kitchen with all essentials and appliances (full size refrigerator, gas range, microwave, toaster, and washer/dryer, pots & pans, Keurig coffee maker)
• Propane fire place in the living room
• One master suite with king bed and attached bathroom
• Two additional bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with a queen bed
• Back porch with mountain views
• High-speed WiFi
• Smart Roku TVs in the living room and every bedroom.
• Pack ‘n’ play available if desired.
• We supply bed linens & bath towels
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying with a larger group or for a longer time, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Air conditioning is not needed in Banner Elk for the majority of the year. However, there will be 2 bedrooms with access to a portable air conditioning unit. There are also ceiling fans & box fans in every bedroom.

🔏 Security Deposit: A $200 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.
🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.
🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.
🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.
⛓️ Winter Conditions: During snowy conditions, 4 wheel drive is required to access the property. It is your responsibility to prepare for winter weather, and we do not issue refunds due to snow/ice.
❌ Trash: Please do NOT leave any food/trash outside the building as it may attract animals.
🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.
🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.
🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.
📜 Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a signed rental agreement prior to check-in, as required under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A-10). This is completed through our complimentary guest portal, which also offers optional keyless entry and check-in convenience features.

Great place in a quiet area. Just a short drive to Banner Elk which was nice! Only issue we had was our code never worked for the electronic keyless entry. Messaging was delayed for the host given poor cell coverage so ultimately had to call the “emergency number” but they were able to give us the combination for a lock box to access an actual key.Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again if back in the area!

We had a short but wonderful stay. The location was perfect as it was centrally located to the things we wanted to do and was exactly what we hoped for. The view was beautiful! Joe and Michelle are excellent hosts and were quick to communicate and respond to questions and went above and beyond. We had gone to a wedding in NC and my 2 adult sons forgot their suits in a closest! They arranged to have the suits shipped to us. We would definitely stay again.
