About this apartment rental
This is a studio is a gem. There is 600 square feet of comfort. Queen size bed sleeps 2 and there is a Futon that can sleep 2 more. Sleeps 2 comfortable, but can sleep 4. The kitchen is fully equipped, full bathroom with a tub. There is wifi and a large screen TV for all the comforts of home. The Studio is located at the end of road, so very little traffic. The view is lovely from the back window, looking at Mt. Eddy and the front slider looks at Mt. Shasta. This amazing area has so many things to do. Hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, golfing and/or just relaxing to name a few. Adjacent to Mountain View Self Storage. Also for larger parties, the home next door is also listed, VRBO 973669

This is an older studio. It could use some updating, but overall it worked for our 2 night stay. Property manager is really responsive and very helpful.

It was nice, cozy and calm. Just be aware that you are not in Shasta downtown and there is nothing around, so being there without a car is not ideal.

The studio was just like the listing stated. The A/C worked well on a hot day (98*). Beautiful stars at night. We'd stay here again.

It was fine but needs a lot of improvement and update it was more of a college rental then a vacation rental. It was the only place available to stay in town due to Mushroom festival
