About this apartment rental
The Studio@420 is a spacious garden flat, with its own entrance. The upstairs loft is the only other guest rental in the building. You have a private entrance, patio, very large bathroom and a king-sized bed. The studio is ADA compatible. Kitchen is minimal, with hot plate, microwave, tea kettle, a French Press and a toaster oven. (Fridge, too!) There is a small sink for washing dishes. You can walk everywhere in town, from this cozy spot. Large windows allow afternoon sunlight to filter through the shades. Mt Shasta rolls up at night, but the train does pass through. Internet, TV , heat and air!

Excellent location. The mini kitchenette was has all the appliance that one could need. A blender, coffee maker, hotplate, toaster over, mid-sized fridge, microwave, a lot of pots/pans, cups/plates/wine glasses, silver, can opener. etc.Loved our stay. We had a lovely stay at the studio on Chestnut. The place is great for two people, clean and comfortable and close to everything. Jessie was very responsive to our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Shasta.

What a wonderful space. So close to everything. I was there for my son's basketball tournament and the location was perfect--close to the High School and walking distance to the town. I sat outside on the porch and enjoyed the sun.
