Settle into seaside life with the whole family at this peaceful oasis in Merritt's Harbour, a 15 minute drive from Twillingate. This large home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably. There is a large eat-in kitchen, a cozy living area, a main floor full bathroom, and an ensuite full bathroom attached to the master on the 2nd floor. The views are nothing short of spectacular. Special features such as the outdoor kitchen, and the fully fenced dog park will make for lasting memories.
The Space:
You enter the home through the mudroom and into the eat-in kitchen. From the kitchen, you enter into the comfy living area that overlooks the water. There is a full washroom on the main floor, as well as another full bathroom as an ensuite to the master bedroom. All four bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is an outdoor BBQ and sink overlooking the water. Your pup can enjoy his/her own lovely view from the fully fenced dog area.

Merritt's Harbour is a tiny outport community located approximately 15 minutes from the much busier Town of Twillingate.
Getting Around:
Most visitors to this area have a vehicle, although if you enjoy walking/hiking, there is no shortage of hikes/walks to enjoy.

An older home but very clean and spacious. If you’re a very tall person it may not be for you as upstairs bedroom ceilings are very low

The house is well maintained, full amenities, great yard & views of bay & surrounding hills with comfortable beds, well outfitted kitchen. Very private & quiet. Good parking. Check in system very smooth with door code & helpful host. Spectacular region to explore. Thank you!

Overall the place was very nice and I would not hesitate to stay there again. However I am 6'4" tall and had to bend over to walk upstairs the ceilings are very low I would venture to guess they are only 6'-0" ceilings. All the bedrooms and the master bath are like this. I ended up using the Downstairs bath which was very nice. Again not a deal killer just be aware of this if you are over 6' tall. We used the grill it was in very nice shape and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and plates glasses etc... Only other issue was the microwave didn't work. We were late in checking out thought Checkout time was 11, which we found in other VRBO's on the Island, Yes we should have read the book. Host sent email about 10:05 informing us about the check out time we were packed and out by 10:25 They were very gracious and I apologize for the misunderstanding, totally our fault. Again wonder location and home.
