LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, AND PRIVATE HOT TUB!
Creekside Penthouse is right downtown and minutes from shopping and restaurants. It offers spectacular water and mountain views from it's large private rooftop patio. You will enjoy over 3,000 square feet of beautifully-appointed indoor/outdoor living.

The condo has three stories. Three bedrooms are on the second level (Two king-sized beds and one with a queen). A workout area has an elliptical machine, free weights, and other exercise equipment.

The main living area features floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a gas cooktop and two ovens.

This property has it all.

The apartment was wonderful—— beautifully decorated and plenty of room for my wife and me, our 2 adult children, and their friends. The apartment is located within walking distance to town with great restaurants, shops, and coffee houses. The kitchen was great. Views from the apartment were spectacular. Our kids loved the hot tub. Would highly recommend.
