You can enjoy the scenery from inside the condo, from a private fully furnished patio outdoor, or by opening the windows while simultaneously literally breathing in paradise. The views are breathtaking but keep breathing because that's not it. The way the sun beams through each room gives you undeniable light and energy that can be lessened at any time. Experience the winds and breeze from the ceiling fans or open windows, but air-conditioning is available throughout the entire condo.
As you enter the main entrance located on the 2nd floor, you are greeted by the open layout; consisted of the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. 2nd time staying at Casa Iguana.
Excellent experience. Condo, view, pool, management, everything was wonderful.

The property had not been rented recently as evidenced by the dead chameleon on the shower floor and the clogged drain pipe. Upon arrival one of the AC units did not work and a kitchen cabinet door was hanging by one hinge. Management had people out to fix the next day which was good since it was a Saturday. We are relatively easy so some of the exposed messes did not bother us as the villa was mainly a great place to sleep. St Croix as a whole was excellent as we found enough activities, beaches and restaurants that made the vacation outstanding overall.
