2 Bedroom 2 bath condo in newest upper level Casa Blanca building D. NEW CASA BLANCA AMENITIES including Sky Lounge, swim up AQUABAR pool, and La Joya Bar and Bistro. Stunning ocean, city and mini golf views. The master suite has comfy Serta pillow top King bed, comfy pillows and dark full window shades to allow for sleeping in if desired, or leave open and get up with the sunrise to a coffee. There is also an extra fold out twin bed/ottoman in the master. Attached master bath with granite and tile. Second bedroom has similar Queen Bed, flat screen tv with dvd player. Queen size sleeper sofa great for kids in living room with SMART internet connected TV 50"Flat screen also with Direct TV channels and phoenix stations, surround Stereo, Free Hi speed fiberoptic internet and WIFI. Large patio with two tables, outdoor seating for 9, BBQ and Palapas are available in the common area near pools.. Well equipped kitchen with Stainless steel appliances; stove, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cook ware, utensils. We have cooked thanksgiving meals here!. Reverse osmosis for drinking and icemaker. Large indoor dining table seats 6 plus 3 tall counter chairs. . Air conditioning and heat, 6 ceiling fans. Putter clubs for mini golf, some beach toys body boards and some beach accessories. 3 outdoor pools available. Elevator or stair access. Just steps to the beach for a walk or tidepools. Can walk to nearby restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed upon request.

Everything was great. Place was big and clean. The whole community has 4 pools one even by the beach. A few min walking to the beach and very pretty big patio that even has a mini golf.

Everything was perfect! Incredibly clean especially considering the sand and the beach. The pool and short walk to the beach was so ideal. We also loved the cafe for morning coffee and breakfast. Location is great for the walking distance to restaurants.

The host was very responsive. We managed to check in a few hours early which was great. We also appreciated being able to bring our fur babies with us. The king bed was very comfortable with very nice sheets. Comfortable sofa and chair in the living room, a nice dining table and okay kitchenware. Showers were okay - bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner or you'll need to go out and buy it. Washer and dryer worked well - no washing liquid or powder. Difficult to sleep in the 2nd bedroom because of passageway lights shining through the blinds at night. There are a couple of beach chairs but they're in bad shape. Furniture on the balcony could use an upgrade. Which brings me to the reason for 3 stars. The condo looks out onto 2.of the 3 pools and the swim up Aqua Bar - so LOTS of noise from kids and people enjoying themselves in the pools during the day and at night. Also, diagonally across from the back of Building D, is Burasco Tequila - a bar with very LOUD live and recorded music starting around 4:30 pm and going on into the night. That plus the noise of all the people at the bar shouting and enjoying themselves. I like quiet and found it impossible to sit on the balcony and relax - which was a big disappointment. The condo is quite well insulated, so I kept the patio doors closed when I was inside. Apart from that, Casa Blanca is well kept and a short walk down to a lovely beach.
