The cottage is located near the beautiful, rolling landscape of Lake Chemillé-sur-Indrois and its leisure center, where young and old alike will enjoy cooling off on sunny days. Ground floor: living room/lounge/fully equipped kitchen (sofa), 1st bedroom (two single beds 90x190cm that can be joined together + shower room + toilet), separate toilet, laundry room. Upstairs: 2nd bedroom (double bed 160x200cm + bathroom + toilet), 3rd bedroom (three single beds 90cm + shower room + toilet). The cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Underfloor heating + electric convectors (included in the rates). Private enclosed garden of 1000 m². Non-smoking cottage. Tree climbing 1 km away at Lake Chemillé-sur-Indrois. You'll be in the heart of southern Touraine, in an enchanting setting where the rolling countryside, landscapes, and ever-changing picturesque spots invite you to relax with your family, whether for a picnic or a simple stopover. In this region so rich in historical heritage, several Loire Valley châteaux, located less than 35 minutes away, are well worth a visit: the medieval town of Loches, and the châteaux of Amboise and Chenonceau.
