About this house rental
This is home was built 19 years ago it is fully furnished with new furniture. There is an attached 3 car garage but is used for storage. The property sits on 5 acres. If you like to Hike, there is a local trail 1.5 miles away (Texas school house walking trail) and 10 miles away is gilbert lake State Park with plenty of trails and a Lake and beach. There is no hunting on the property, but you can also visit any of the local state parks for that. In the winter you can ride snowmobile or cross-country ski. There is several golf courses within 15 min of the property. If you just want to relax and take in the views, you won't be disappointed. There is fireplace inside. There are plenty of outdoor activities with several lakes nearby for fishing and boating. If you like beer and wine, there is also several wineries and brewery in the area. If you are here for the baseball camps, they are both 20 to 25 min away.

This is a wonderful beautiful relaxing location. It’s about 25 minutes from the Cooperstown Dream field. As you drive up the road you will see deer, cows and wild flowers. At night along the property we saw fireflies which was very exciting. The house is very comfortable. The coffee maker is a drip coffee maker so get ground coffee and you do need to bring your own shampoo and body wash for the shower. If you need anything during your stay you just text the owner and he will reply in a timely manner. I would stay here again if in the area.

The property was beautiful, exactly what e were looking for. The house was clean and had just about everything we needed. The fireplace was nice to have. We loved sitting on the back deck to watch the sunset. Highly recommend. We're planning to return again.
