This 70 m² apartment is located in the centre of the village, approximately 400 metres from supermarkets and beaches.
It features a living room with a sofa and TV, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.
It also has a pleasant balcony, iron, Wi-Fi internet access, hairdryer and heating with electric radiators.
Note: For stays of more than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is limited to €150 per month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the total cost of these utilities exceeds this amount, the difference will be the responsibility of the guest and will be charged at the end of each month.
Please also note that a Municipal Tourist Tax applies to all local accommodation properties. This tax is charged per person, per night (guests over 12 years old), at a rate of €2.50 during the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 during the low season (1 November to 30 April).
The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid in cash at check-in. The amount of this tax is reviewed annually by Mafra Municipal Council, so the rates mentioned above may be subject to change.
