A typical Ligurian house with two floors, very bright and offering a beautiful view, recently renovated in the heart of the medieval village of Lavaggiorosso, nestled among olive trees just 5 km from Levanto—with its splendid sea and as the gateway to the Cinque Terre— The house, approximately 100 square meters in size, is spread over two floors. On the first floor, there are two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms and a living room suitable for breakfast; on the ground floor, there is a living area with a sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, American coffee maker, moka pot, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine, dining table, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. There is free parking 100 meters from the house, and you’ll also receive a card for free parking in Levanto to use during your trips. Just 50 meters from the house is a bus stop for those who prefer not to use a car. The village is definitely recommended for its tranquility—it offers a break from the hustle and bustle of the Cinque Terre—yet is still just a short distance from the sea and its attractions. From the village, you can easily reach Levanto by car or by bus, which runs several times a day. For hiking enthusiasts, many trails start from the village, allowing you to explore the Levanto valley, reach Bonassola, and even Monte Rossola. 50 meters from the house, there’s an excellent restaurant serving traditional cuisine; however, if you prefer, you can eat in the small outdoor square with garden tables and chairs, and on pleasant evenings enjoying the night sky and the clearly visible stars.
