About this villa rental
Vacation Villa in Port Royale, comes with two slips that can accommodate boats to 35'. (No shore power on the docks). This relaxing, secluded getaway is on an unpaved road and far from the crowds of N. Bimini. Pristine beach is a short walk away.
Supplies are limited. Bring all the food, paper goods, water, sunscreen repellent etc that will be needed since there is only one tiny market on the island. The entire island experiences frequent power outages. This is out of our control. Internet can be intermittent.

Be aware that groceries and other supplies are limited in South Bimini. Pack all drinking water, or purchase from the dock master at Bimini Cove Marina.
*Healthy families of mosquitoes and no-see-ums inhabit the island. Bring repellent to coexist itch free with them.
**Security cameras in the front and back of the property are in use. Please lock the door when you leave to keep your valuables safe. There are no cameras inside.

The place was exactly what we expected, clean, practical, and ideal for a boating/fishing vacation. As described in the listing, the water is not potable, it’s high in sulfur so it’s hard on metals and other parts of your boat. I don’t recommend washing down metals or other shiny areas of your boat. It leaves water spots, however it has great water pressure and great for cleaning your deck.
