Older complex but was very clean, easy to check in and out. Bring extension cord few plug-ins in rooms. Pool had closing times listed as 9:30, 10 and 11pm in material read. It’s 9:30.

The unit was super clean. Check in process was simply. Parking was close by. The unit actually has 2 balconies. The arcade machine was a good thing to have. Views were spectacular. The view doesn’t face the Ober Mountain or the Ski Hills. U can see the smaller mountains around u and the view down to the city. Clear sunset views from the balcony. The carpenter bees were a nuisance though. We couldn’t sit out in the balcony a lot bc of the bees buzzing all morning and afternoon. I think they had a hive or a nest just above us. Plenty of bear sightings. Remember to lock your cars at all times and keep all food out of sight. Don’t feed them. One more thing. In the loft there is a bunk bed. It wasn’t very stable. To get to the upper bed there is no ladder so climbing to the top is unsafe and it wobbled as my son climbed up. I think it needs some screws to be tightened and some slats to be nailed in along with a ladder before it can be safety used. We decided to not use the top bed at all.Overall a great stay!Goodluck!

We did not use the pool or hot tub. The view was amazing. The unit was clean and as advertised. The guest portal was frustrating and took a while to work properly.
