This is a beachfront property without direct beach acces. This beautiful and charming second-floor studio is perfect for 2 guests. It has one king-size bed, a private full bathroom, and an air conditioner.
The studio also has Wi-Fi Internet, a smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, sofa, washer machine, dryer, water heater, space heater, gas, charcoal, and electric grill, firepit (upstairs), patio furniture set facing the bay to enjoy the sunset, and plenty of space to gather and entertain.
Inside the property, there is parking space for up to 2 regular-size vehicles (approximately 7 meters W x 10 meters L).

Our expierience was supoerb throughout. The hosts are super communicative and very helpful. The place is just as nice as the photos show. It is spacious, well furnished and completely supplied. The location is perfect for enjoying those legendary Baja sunsets. We hope to return soon!
