The host waited for our arrival (even though it was late evening) and greeted us with good and useful instructions about the utilities in the apartment. He also presented us complimentary beverages (coffee, tea, bottled water, and wine) and clearly informed us of the PIN codes for the front door and the apartment. He was very welcoming and helpful, yet with simplicity and conciseness. We were very pleased with his communication throughout the process before the arrival and during the stay. The apartment is furnished with a good balance of helpful amenities and with a good comfort.
It is also useful to mention that there are two coffee shops serving croissants, sandwiches, salads, pastries, and great cakes, just 50 m away. There is also a pizzeria and a small convenience store just 100 m away.
Of the things within the apartment, I could suggest the owner to either improve the selection of TV channels and to check if the filter on the air conditioner is clogged. I also warn the future guests not to be shocked upon their arrival about the poor facades in the street. Most of the facades of the old town require renovation. After all, you essentially need a clean and comfortable apartment and to enjoy what the city has to offer.

Beautiful renovated apartment, everything you could possibly need and more. The shower lights were a nice touch! The hosts / staff weee incredibly helpful, friendly and kind with great recommendations
