Zeer mooi goed gelegen appartement. Alle comfort aanwezig.
Zwembad was heel koud . Maar dat hield ons niet tegen om te zwemmen.

De ligging, heel centraal in Olhao, het spectaculaire uitzicht en de ruimte in het appartement.
De warmwatervoorziening was niet helemaal goed, het water hield de temperatuur niet goed en gelijktijdig douchen (2 badkamers) was zeker niet mogelijk. De keukeninrichting is vrij basic, we hebben bijvoorbeeld zelf een snijplank gekocht, die was er onder andere niet.

Location was very good, view from the balcony was very good, bed was comfortable and nice to have the pool on the roof. Cannot really say anymore.
The lack of flexibility to accommodate an early arrival, even though the apartment was cleaned and empty before the 16:00 check in time.
We paid over £250 (287.50 euros) per night for the accommodation, but there was not even a basic welcome pack (of milk, bottle of wine, bread, small pastries, crisps) on arrival, which would have cost no more than 10 to 15 euros. All we were provided with were two small bottles of water, 4 biscuits, some teabags and coffee capdules (not used). Having travelled all around the world, a welcome pack is common practice for such expensive apartments!
The apartment was clean but very sterile and unwelcoming. There were no personal touches and it felt more like a show apartment to be looked at and not to be used.
There were no matress proctectors on the beds, which is very unusual for some many different people using the apartment over time.
Although the facilities were good, we did not feel we could fully relax in the aprtment becasue of the subjective and quite frankly, excess potential accommodation damage charges. As a 350 euro deposit was already held before arrival, it would have been difficult to argue if anything had been charged for any alleged damage. Therefore, we hardly used anything and videoed the whole apartment before we left, to protect ourselves aganist any potemntail allegations of damage.
Below are some of the charges:
20 euros for bags with/or unloaded garbage
25 euros for unwashed dishes
25 euros for BBQ or uncleaned grill
20 euros for damaged or missing linen
30 euros for accommodation with an increased need for cleaning
Given we paid £250 (287.50 euros) per night, this should cover full cleaning of the apartment within reason and the above do not warrant additional charges.
All of the above, really took the enjoyment out of staying in the apartment.
