El alojamiento estaba con todo equipado, se podía aparcar con facilidad y había una cafetería abajo

La posizione, 100 m dal Bunker ART 1 e 4 km da Piazza Skandemberg facilmente raggiungibile. Da Piazza Scandember dove ferma il Luna Bus dall' aeroporto con 40 Lek fate il biglietto a birdo del bus n 11 direzione Porcelan e arrivate alla fermata vicina al Bunker ART 1, motee segnarvi i punti sulla mappa off line e usare il GPS. Pulizia della stanza appena arrivato. Bella terrazza con vista della città in lontananza. Bel bagno ben fornito di deodoranti, saponi, sciampi. L'host risponde subito e risolve problemi tempestivamente, ci sono più persone che vi contatteranno in caso. Ascensore all'ingresso al piano terra e 6th piano la stanza. Terrazza abitabile e carina coperta in parte.
Non è un monolocale, ma è una bella stanzetta con bel bagno e terrazza abitabile.
L'ingresso dove vi è l'ascensore è un po' sporco, credo sia una parte comune che nessuno si prende la briga di tenere pulito.
Da quel che avevo appreso da Booking.com doveva essere un monolocale/appartamento da 43 MQ, forse consideravano anche la terrazza come abitabilità, comunque va bene.
Persone che fanno rumore alle 2:00 di notte, una persona che batteva coperte in corridoio e muoveva mobilia, allora gli ho detto che non lo poteva fare a quell'ora, diceva che non era mica musica. Questo di rumori notturni accadde anche in un'altra stanza in un mio viaggio fatto a maggio. Deve essere la gente li un po' strana.

Elevator, roof top access, friendly staff.
No toilet paper no fresh towels but I’m starting to think most places here in Albania is like this.

The room was big. It had airconditioning. There was soap and the shower was somewhat clean.
I had to pay a commission which was not mentioned on the website. I was promised a parking space, but did not receive it. As a result I had a parking ticket. The towels in the room were still wet. There was no toilet paper. The curtains were see-through (what?), the bed matras was crooked
