La posizione è molto buona in quanto ti permette di raggiungere le spiagge in pochissimo tempo anche a piedi. Il giardino privato è molto grazioso e utile se si ha un cane. Molto apprezzato anche il kit di benvenuto con tisane e caffè. Lo staff è davvero molto gentile e veloce a soddisfare le richieste del cliente.

Il contro è anche il suo pro in quanto la casetta sta su una strada molto trafficata quindi quando si è in giardino si sente molto il rumore del traffico. Non è molto provvisto di saponi per l'igiene personale, abbiamo trovato solo un dispenser con il sapone per le mani.
