Marcia was very responsive and helpful. She dealt with any questions or problems straight away, listening to suggestions and our opinions. The view from our balcony was amazing and could not be improved! Every member of staff was welcoming and friendly. The air conditioning was very quiet and efficient. Despite being under the restaurant there was no noise. Food in the restaurant was delicious with, again, the amazing view.
The balcony was not private...there was no solid divider between us and the room next door. The shower was really powerful and a good temperature but flooded the floor around the cubicle. There were no drawers or cupboards, with an open wardrobe so everything had to be organised in piles! No breakfast offered.

La vista é molto rilassante e bella, il terrazzino é spazioso e da sul mare.
La pulizia é ottima, refill quotidiano di acqua naturale e caffè nespresso.
Alcune notti abbiamo faticato nel dormire con le finestre aperte, nonostante di clima si stesse molto bene, a causa delle zanzare insopportabili nonostante era a disposizione la presa anti zanzare.
L'odore della cucina purtroppo veniva comunque nell'atrio delle scale fino al secondo piano, l'entrata era proprio con vista sulla cucina stessa.

Comfortable mattress and pillows.
Great sea view.
Rain shower with a glass wall, not shower curtains.
Small room.
No power outlet in the bathroom.
Very poor lighting in the bathroom, which makes it difficult to shave or apply makeup.
Extremely limited clothing storage (there was no wardrobe or closet as specified in the room description). We had to store some clothes on those 7 hangers suspended against the wall, on nightstands and keep most of them in our suitcases.
No chairs, mirror and trash can in the room. Very small TV.
No window and/or door screens to prevent the mosquitoes from getting inside.
There are 2 floors beneath the restaurant (which is located at the street level) and 2 floors above the restaurant. The noise from the restaurant echoes through the stairwell straight to the rooms. Staff will wake you up by chatting loudly next to the stairs around 7 am; you can hear them loud and clear in your room.
Minor housekeeping things – delayed trash removal, unhinged toilet seat, replenished coffee capsules but not the sugar.
