La casa è spaziosa, accogliente, ha tutti i comfort per fare stare bene coppie, gruppi di amici o famiglie. La posizione è eccellente, per il mare devi solo attraversare la strada, per i servizi non devi fare neanche quello, perché ha un supermercato a sinistra e un bar a destra. Una volta che si arriva, se non ci si deve spostare di zona, si può benissimo non toccare più i mezzi e muoversi a piedi. Non manca davvero nulla per fare una vacanza in serenità e senza stress.
