The location is perfect, close to buses, restaurants and the sea. Siracusa also has great public transport connections to most of the southeastern coast. The AC worked well even in a heatwave. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washer and dryer too!
There's a single bathroom (together with the toilet) so we had some traffic jams as we were a larger group of 6.

La struttura è situata benissimo, vicino al parcheggio Talete ed accessibile evitando la ZTL.
C’è il Mercato dove si può trovare di tutto e di più, e non mancano i locali per la movida.
La struttura non è insonorizzata adeguatamente e priva di zanzariere nelle camere da letto… tra il rumore della strada in quanto la zona è frequentata fino alle 2 di notte e la mancanza di zanzariere non abbiamo dormito un granché … peccato… qualche accortezza in più renderebbe più confortevole la qualità del sonno.

Clean. Kitchen had good necessary things. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable
Spacious enough but the 1 bathroom was awkward since it was shared with the laundry room. So we couldn’t do any kind of laundry if someone was using the bathroom.
The bigger issue was the windows were so thin you heard every noise possible outside. There was a parking meter attached right outside one of the bedrooms so you can hear every person that went to pay for parking in nearby parking lot. It was hard to sleep as people were out until very late hour.
