horrible

The bed is nice and comfortable though placement is off..the wardrobe is right beside the bed attached to it..so if anyone is sleeping on that side we would not be able to open the cupboard. The hall is nice with TV didn't use it though..kitchen looks equipped but couldn't use anything else except water. AC was in good condition also small fan. no food or equipped supplies as unsure of what was supposed to be in the amenities..a lady named Lani helped me to get free cancellation during the stay and not to pay cancellation fee by actually understanding my concerns ..had shared the videos of the drunk guy staying in the house next to the property. The owner is an old lady only understands Vietnamese..the description shows she understands English well ...

The hotel is way to far from bus stop , in small alley cab cannot get inside..no elevator so have to carry the luggage urself ..was assigned room 3 with no attached bathroom..the bathroom was outside the room which was very inconvenient, no hot water, flow of water in bathroom very low couldn't even brush properly..the washing machine mentioned in amenities had a board of not working so couldn't use it..had a small balcony where one person could fit no view..broken mirror in room no dustbin in room..small fan..no toiletries except small soap.nobody to help or call before checking or during stay had to keep messaging through booking.com, drunk guy in alley followed me two days till the entrance once during 11 pm and then next day around 5pm...owner said don't worry he is gentle won't touch you he is just too drunk.I was like what? Lot of neighbourhood people fighting and yelling loudly making it scarier...I had booked for 5 nights had to cancel after one night because of security.. nobody to help during check in...you are on your own...patio is not that good..floor issues and too high to keep climbing with no view..broken mirror in the room...very scary for female solo travellers as it's too far from beach and main attractions..only glass windows and doors no proper safety.. though only interiors are well done but doesn't matter when you are scared of safety.
