المكان جميل ولكن يعيبه مساحه ضيقه جدآ ويميزه لديهم شطاف بعيد جدآ عن السنتر تحتاج تنقلات دائمآ عن طريق بولت ذهاب وعوده

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The hotel was very clean, and our room was always tidy and well maintained. The daily housekeeping service was excellent, and the breakfast was also good with a nice selection.
A special thank you to the reception team, Qeti, Ani, and Kristi, for their excellent service and warm hospitality. They were always helpful and welcomed us with a lovely smile, which made our stay even more pleasant.
We also really appreciated having a bidet spray in the bathroom, which was very convenient for us.
كانت إقامتنا رائعة ومريحة. الفندق نظيف جدًا، وكانت غرفتنا دائمًا مرتبة ونظيفة، كما أن خدمة التنظيف اليومية كانت ممتازة. الإفطار أيضًا كان جيدًا وبتشكيلة مناسبة.

Nothing major. I only have two small suggestions that could make the experience even better. It would be great to have a gym at the hotel, and I would suggest making the balcony chairs more comfortable, perhaps by adding soft cushions to the metal chairs, as the balcony is a lovely place to sit and relax.
لا توجد ملاحظات جوهرية، فقط اقتراحان بسيطان قد يجعلان التجربة أفضل. سيكون من الجميل وجود صالة رياضية (Gym) في الفندق، كما أتمنى أن تكون كراسي الشرفة أكثر راحة، ربما بإضافة وسائد إسفنجية مريحة للكراسي الحديدية، خصوصًا أن الشرفة مكان جميل للجلوس والاسترخاء

Clean, like hotel. Nice breakfast, home like, but not a great choice, similar to B&B.
Not 4 stars. Three at best. Poor location, in area near all car mechanic shops. But still walkable to the old town. Design is clean and not run down but not professional hence rooms looks small and dark. Staff is argumentative.
