Des petits détails mais peu dérangeants :
Appareil de Climatisation bruyant
Salle de bain : manque d’étagère
Chambre : Manque de ceintres, étagères, portes manteaux. Nous avons toujours trop d’affaires à ranger ! Surtout si on voyage à deux.
Draps couleurs gris foncé, pas très esthétique…
Lunettes des toilettes un peu agaçante
Porte de salle de bain grince beaucoup !

The location, the service, nice and open room, something to hang up bikinis and wet clothes. The «garden» very beautiful. The filtered water and a kettle plus mugs.
The sink in the bathroom was not sitting well and it was going downwards. The bed was a little hard. The aircon was loud. Much insects in the bathroom. The ceiling in the room had a crack so insects could come in, same with the door.
We had multiple problems with the closing of the door, you had to push the door so it would click and sometimes it didn’t work. Also problem with locking up the door with the key.

Awesome location just off the main street at Pacifico. Lots of great eating places close by and handy to the beach. It’s not fancy, however it represents good value.
The mattress in the bedroom was super firm and only one very thin bed sheet provided.
That’s only a preference thing though, as I like a slightly softer mattress.

My room had a nice jungle view, perfectly positioned next to coffee shops, the room in itself was spacious & the internet was alright. They also had a board rack where I could store my board at.
The experience could be better with:
- hot water at the shower & a toilet seat that sits straight
- reliable staff: I asked for airport transfer, they said they would help me, but didn't - I was relying on them for going to the airport and almost missed my return flight, as I had to search for another means of transportation last minute (because they confirmed a tuktuk that not only was considerably more expensive, 700 PHP compared to what I paid, 500 PHP, but also didn't come) - I asked for help when the tuktuk didn't arrive, and the reception didn't even speak English so they could help me.
