Great and responsive service. Overall well maintained, conveniently located. Appliances new, and where there were problems (water draining slowly), the service technician came quickly and fixed it.
Villa located very near shops, restaurants and only a short drive to the beach.
Trash can straight in front of the main entrance which is not a nice look. Can was full and was only picked up on day 3 of our stay by the local municipality. In the meantime, a trash bag next to the trash can was ripped by stray dogs over night and the trash was all in front of the villa entrance. Villa staff cleaned it up quick, and trash collection is on the municipality (and I heard is a widespread problem in Bali), but still not nice.

Beautiful aesthetics, fixtures & fittings. The villa is very well appointed and exceptionally clean with cleaning & pool staff willing to ensure the villa is of highest standard throughout your stay. The pool was a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing. Local eateries within only a few hundred metres of the villa.
