Very homely, a cosy house that was comfy and decorated nicely. Perfect for a family with a dog. Great views! Useful having the car parking space in the garage. Our 3 year old loved it (told us she would like to stay again, we all would).
There were a few things that would improve the stay:
- The kitchen didn't have a single empty cupboard to put our own stuff in, it felt a bit cluttered.
- The curtains in the main room were completely see through, and there were no blinds in the bathroom. As it's November this did make it feel a little cold, we had to keep the heating on lots when we were in the house.
- The shower was open and it would flood the floor, you can see this has happened lots as the skirting board was all waterlogged. This also made it cold and you would have to turn off the extractor fan while in the shower. It could do with a door on it.

Really loved being in Kingswear as it felt a very friendly community and gave us a wonderful view for the fireworks on New Years Eve. Very friendly local community, pubs and shop. Felt it was a good
option than staying in Dartmouth. Beautifully and practically well resourced facilities within the accommodation.

Furnishings of a very high standard and spotlessly clean.
Very quiet with lovely views.
Kingswear is a lovely peaceful location for coastal walks and trips out by bus and ferry.
Couldn't get the tv to work despite excellent help from Hoseasons, a satellite issue.
Locks very awkward.

Everything! Beautifully furnished, great view and very clean!
The only thing that would have been good would have been a bbq and a little gate so our dog would be safe at the front
