The location of the hotel is perfect.
The noise of the street I was on the 3rd flor. But nothing that a pair of ear plugs can fix.

The hotel rooms are new, clean, and looked exactly like in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable, and the location next to Preveza is great and felt safe - close to everything yet easy to reach. The staff were very nice and always tried to be understanding and treat guests with respect.
The noise level in this hotel was extremely high and very difficult to handle which is also the main reason for our relative low review score. Due to the layout of the building, all the music and conversations from the lobby carry directly into the rooms, making it nearly impossible to sleep or relax. We stayed on the second floor for the first two nights and couldn’t change rooms because the hotel was fully booked. On the third night we moved to a room on the fifth floor, which was a bit better, but noise from the reception area was still clearly audible.
