Pickalbatros Palais Des Roses - Agadir - All Inclusive

Our stay did not get off to the best start, but the excellent service from the management team really turned things around and made our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Hayat, the Manager, Yassin, the Reception Manager, and Yassin from Concierge for their professionalism, kindness and great service throughout our stay. I would also like to thank Hisham at Reception, who kindly kept my dad’s reading glasses safe after he lost them. It was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. 😊 A big thank you as well to Khalid, who was very helpful with our suitcases, assisting us with them both when we arrived at the room and when taking them to the car. Thank you to the whole team for helping make our stay a wonderful one. We truly appreciate the effort, kindness and hospitality.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Pickalbatros Palais des Roses in Agadir. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt luxurious, welcoming and incredibly relaxing. The resort is huge, with so many excellent facilities, including beautiful pools, sports activities, spa options and direct access to the beach, which made the whole experience feel very special. The food and drink options were brilliant, with plenty available throughout the day and a great variety to choose from. We also really enjoyed the exposure to Moroccan culture through the food, entertainment and overall atmosphere of the hotel. The service was genuinely impeccable. Every request was dealt with quickly and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Housekeeping was excellent and always available when needed. A special mention must go to Zoubida, Adil and Hayat at reception, who were both outstanding. They were incredibly helpful, kind and professional, and always willing to assist with anything we needed, whether it was advice about Agadir, directions, requests around the hotel or just making sure we felt comfortable and looked after. This was truly a 10/10 experience. We felt completely at ease, well cared for and able to properly rest. I would highly recommend this hotel.
