Walking distance to KLCC
Spacious rooms - comfortable for our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids).
Staff was very courteous and helpful
Hardly anything. Perhaps extend the room service hours slightly more, even if with limited menu.

Spacious and comfortable
Not children friendly as the centre of each floor has railings on three sides instead of a fully closed ceiling to floor concrete partition. We were on the 29th floor and it was really scary for us as well. If they don’t want to close it with a partition there should be nets so in case (God Forbid) someone falls he lands on the net. Believe me it was quite scary even for me. I won’t be staying here again just because of this issue. Photos attached for reference.
