The facility, hospitality of the staff, cleanliness and affordability.
The complimentary breakfast. An omelette or a boiled egg may be added. Tea was there but the coffee option may have added value. The kitchen staff were not polite or courteous in my opinion. The leftover trash was in the trash can inside the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms.
Rooms don't have any air conditioner, heater or fan. It is very difficult to regulate the temperature of the room. The heater is available at an extra charge. The food is okay but the chinese dishes are a disaster, avoid it. The location of the property is not very good, situated very far from the road. It's a new property and a lot of improvement is needed for making it great.
