Absolut empfehlenswert wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht.

Neues Schlafsofa das sehr bequem war. Küche war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr ruhig. Der Pool hat eine tolle Aussicht und ist sehr schön gelegen. Lage ist top wenn man Stadt, Bahnhof, Strand zu Fuß erreichen möchte.

Dass man nicht Ball spielen darf am Pool. Dafür ist es aber eben sehr entspannend da sehr ruhig.

Non è un posto per turisti

Posizione tranquilla e senza problemi di parcheggio

L' appartamento si trova in un condominio dove prevalentemente è abitato da anziani, ci sono regole abbastanza rigide per diverse cose e se non sei informato, come normale che sia dato che soggiorni solo 2 notti, vieni anche ripreso seriamente. Abbiamo lasciato 2 magliette ad asciugare in una zona esterna condominiale, dove non davano noia a nessuno e ce le siamo ritrovate la mattina dopo attaccate alla maniglia della porta. Dopo un pò ci chiamano per dirci che per asciugare i vestiti dovevamo andare su un terrazzo che per trovarlo è stata un' impresa. Il check in viene fatto in un'agenzia immobiliare distante km dall' appartamento e non del tutto preparata nello spiegare le regole sul soggiorno. In sintesi non è un' abitazione adatta a vacanze.
