Locasion, prise, cozy bed, has a full oven, big kitchen, an mvp left his premium youtube signed in, speedy and easy access internet, tv with all apps
Take all this with a grain of salt as I am somewhat neurotic. Gym is huge but it’s also jam packed with sweaty folk and their associated scents, the pool is kinda small and kinda dirty in the far corner, the clear fencing around it is half clouded over.
Room allows pets and you can tell, scratch damage everywhere and rogue strands of dog hair showing up in unsuspected places.
Dust build up around ventilation points, shower head is semi busted, bathroom door won’t close all the way, was not cleaned well had a huge spill stain dried up in the middle of the coach, tried to find a rag or a sponge to wipe the coach and only find mesh scourer, grabbed a scourer and my hand start burning so put it back and wash my hand, obviously been coated in some super strong chemicals which the cupboard is fully loaded with, the tv audio quality was trashy it’s obviously been used and abused, would be good to stick a little soundbar in-front of it.. All minor things most people would not even notice.

Location, modern apartment.
Not clean. Dirty plate in sink, bin left with smelly food in it, spill in fridge, no bath mat.
