Pleasant but disappointing service

As it says it is a modern apartment with plenty of appliances available to use. The apartment was clean and smelt fresh when we arrived. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure and very hot water. This is a quiet building and so we slept well. There is a parking space for our motorcycles which was secure. There are supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance.

We paid in Guaraníes and so the owner made a conversion from US$. He used a higher exchange rate and when I challenged this he said it was the policy of the company. We paid an additional 50Gs over the exchange rate. There was no washing liquid for dishes. We messaged to ask for some and were told that cleaning products are not provided. Again, he quoted this as policy. We didn't see either of these policies mentioned in the booking. During the first evening a live cockroach was found in the bedroom. The owner apologised and offered to drop off some insect spray and soap to wash the dishes the next day. They did not do this, and as we were staying for 4 nights we thought this was unhelpful and poor service.

A localização é mito boa e segura. Tem supermercados próximos, pizzarias e restaurante. E o anfitrião Juan é muito atencioso, responde rapidamente e muito educado. O Apartamento estava limpo e organizado. Voltaria para esse apartamento, sem dúvida!
