Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war leider durch die unzureichende Aussattung eingeschränkt.
Leider nicht viel! Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt.
Bei der Ankunft war die Wohnung nicht ausreichend gereinigt, insbesondere die Küchenschränke. Die Küchenausstattung ist unvollständig: fehlende Utensilien (Kochlöffel, Töpfe, Gläser, Teller) und einige Töpfe nicht induktionsgeeignet, wodurch die Küche nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden konnte.
Zudem gibt es zu wenige Sitzgelegenheiten für die Anzahl der Gäste, was den Komfort deutlich reduziert. Der Fernseher bietet nur kostenpflichtige Programme. Ein Fenster im Schlafzimmer hat einen Sprung/Reiß im Glas, was nicht nur ungereinigt wirkt, sondern auch ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Die Jalousien in den Schlafzimmern sind defekt, der Spiegel im oberen Bad ist beschädigt. Das Geländer im Dachgeschoss ist nicht fest, was ein erhebliches Risiko darstellt.
Insgesamt entspricht die Unterkunft weder der Beschreibung noch dem erwarteten Standard; die genannten Mängel haben den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.
Hinweis an zukünftige Gäste: Klärt vor Buchung, ob der Gastgeber die genannten Probleme behoben hat. Eine Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter hat nur einseitig statt gefunden, auf eine klare Reaktion vom Verwalter/Mieter warten wir bis heute.
