La chambre et la propreté
J'ai été surpris par une approche particulièrement rigide, peu orientée client et parfois inutilement mesquine dans son application des règles. Bien que le petit-déjeuner soit inclus dans le tarif de la chambre, celui-ci était limité à trois éléments : un café ou un thé, des œufs et un seul pancake. Lorsque j'ai demandé une simple tranche de pain pour accompagner mes œufs, cela m'a été refusé au motif que cela constituait un quatrième élément et que je n'aurais pas dû choisir le pancake. J'ai trouvé cette situation particulièrement étonnante pour un établissement hôtelier.
De même, alors qu'il m'avait été indiqué qu'il était possible de rester un peu plus longtemps à l'hôtel avant mon vol du soir, toute présence après midi entraînait automatiquement la facturation d'une demi-journée supplémentaire. Enfin, le taux de change appliqué sur place était particulièrement désavantageux. L'ensemble m'a laissé l'impression d'une politique davantage axée sur l'application stricte des règles et la maximisation des revenus que sur la satisfaction et le confort des clients.
