Lovely view Very clean and modern. Downstairs bedroom. Grandchildren loved egg chair in garden. Massive bath. Liked the shutters on the windows. Comfortable beds We loved it and will book again.

Trouble getting code for keys. They wanted £400 damage deposit after we booked, which we paid, but we didn't know it hadn't been authorised. Booking.com sorted it out. There is no wash basin in downstairs toilet. Tap missing off utility sink. Could do with some lights on front steps

Difficult On street parking on a narrow packed road. Location is neither close to any landmark nor the city centre and the area doesn’t look nice at all. It’s a council houses style street. The house was described as having three bedrooms with its own bathroom each. This is incorrect. The house has three bedrooms which can accommodate 6 people and only ONE bathroom plus a toilet (just the accessory) in an area in the laundry room. This was very disappointing as we were relying on that facility. There is a dining area in the kitchen with a small table and only TWO chairs. Nowhere in the house we could find an extra chair of any kind. We had to manage to have our dinner sitting on the floor around the coffee table in the living room. The kitchen has plenty of plates and cups but it lacks of basic cooking utensils and accessories like a bottle opener, for example. No instructions on how to deal with the unfamiliar front door locking system. If you need to speak to someone for any issue that requires a quick assistance a USA number is provided. Overall it feels like it’s a decent place managed by inexperienced people.
