Great hotel in central location. Beautifully designed communal space, bedroom and bathroom. Excellent breakfast - perhaps the best we had in Georgia. Really friendly host. Parking available.

I am near the end of a three month trip, and this was the best place that I have stayed on my journey. The hospitality is unlike anything I have experienced either in Georgia or the other countries I have visited. Ira treated me as if I were family. The daily homemade breakfast is incredible, fresh, and generous. Ira checked in with me to see if there was anything that she could help with without ever feeling intrusive. She even sent me with some breakfast for the road during my early morning departure. The guide she recommended, David, was excellent and helped optimize my time in Kakheti during the multiple days I booked with him. The rooms themselves are spotless, clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It was the perfect combination of feeling that you were staying with family while having the amenities and privacy of a four star hotel. Don’t be fooled by the name, the house feels modern and thoughtfully put together. The value of this place is unbeatable; stop looking and book it, it would be hard to find anything better. All my thanks to Ira and Nika for their generosity and hospitality.

Less than five minutes on foot from the heart of town yet beautifully quiet. The spacious and perfectly clean rooms have a tasteful modern design, facing a pleasant common space and a comfortable roofed terrace. What really makes the place shine, though, is the hostess. Ira is a true godsend, working hard from morning til night to make sure that nothing is missing in her guests' comfort. Hardly ever have we been this well taken care of.

We had a really pleasant stay. The property is very welcoming, well maintained, and above all, extremely clean. The location is also very convenient, just five minutes from the city center. There is also a lovely outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxing in the evening.
Breakfast is definitely one of the highlights: very generous and homemade, prepared with great care. The host was always incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to all our needs. One detail we particularly appreciated was that, after we mentioned how much we liked a traditional local dish, she prepared it especially for us and had it ready for breakfast the next morning. It was such a thoughtful gesture.
The value for money is also excellent. A lovely, well-kept place with genuine and attentive hospitality. Highly recommended!
