Nos encantó que estuviera emplazado en medio de la naturaleza. Las instalaciones muy cómodas y acogedoras. Además el personal tanto Américo como Miguel Ángel muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo que hiciera falta.

Todo. El ambiente, la habitacion, el trato de Américo y los perritos que merodeaban por ahí (especialmente Sheila). Además somos vegetariano y vegana y Americo se curró una cena super bien de precio con lo que tenía en la cocina muy buena

Eco Terra Lodge is a wonderful accommodation with an atmosphere of peace and harmony. The strengths of this place are the amazing natural surroundings, the beautiful rooms with huge windows through which you can see the dawn and a very cozy touch, the super tasty food cooked with great love and experience by the host. Last but not least, the guy who runs the facility is incredibly friendly and available, always smiling and ready to help you. The location is situated a few minutes from Santa Maria and it is a perfect starting point both for various activities organized by the lodge as well as for reaching Hydroelectrica by car/moto/taxi and then walk to Machu Picchu. From here it is also possible to walk a part of Inca Trail. We decided to extend our stay for an extra night since we found a piece of home here! Thanks for everything! Very recommended!

La ubicación estaba linda, gracias al paisaje de alrededor..solo eso
Mala gestión de reservas ...según nos explicaron q las reservas vía Booking es informal y q no lo aceptan, sin embargo siguen publicando sus servicios en este sitio...no nos reservaron y tuvimos q pagar 250 soles extra para tener una habitación..no respetan el precio q dijeron al principio, el personal terrible,te tratan con indiferencia y hasta nos dijeron q nuestros pedidos a la carta demorarían entre 2 a 2 horas y media...es demasiado tiempo...nos fuimos a almorzar a otro sitio q esta lejos caminando ya q no existe servicio de movilidad en esa zona..
El baño con el grifo roto sin espejo ..solo camas y nos cobraron 450 soles por noche ya con el descuento.... totalmente terrible..es evidente q no lo recomiendo hay otros lugares con mejor precio por lo mismo.... definitivamente no volveré...pésima calidad.
